Nevada City Foreign Car Show 2011

Diehard foreign car fans ventured out into the rain to check out the beautiful cars at Nevada City's Foreign Car Show on June 4th. Although it rained the whole time, it was fun!

The People’s Choice winner for best car was Bill Davis of Nevada City for his 1947 MG TC. The People’s Choice winner for best motorcycle was Spencer Seim with his 1966 Bultaco Metralla.

The Sierra Sports Car Group, the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Nevada County collaborated for the event, with proceeds benefitting the Chamber and United Way. There was a raffle with some great prizes, commemorative t-shirts with donations, and a Wine Stroll and Pub Crawl at participating businesses downtown. There are still commemorative t-shirts and beer mugs available with a donation to United Way. Despite the rain, the event was a huge success!
